Wozniak Builders was founded by Victor Wozniak, a State Certified General Contractor, and has been based in Dade City, Florida since 2003. Like his father, a respected custom home builder and developer in the Washington D.C. area, Victor is passionate about aesthetically pleasing, quality construction. For two generations, the Wozniak name has been synonymous with honesty, integrity, quality, and professionalism.
